This patented formulation enables independent perforation while preserving Tyvek®’s inherent breathability. Notable highlights include exceptional air permeability, consistent heat sealing, excellent tensile strength, uniform adhesive residue distribution, reliable adhesive application, and resistance to yellowing. Our Non-Contact Coating technology ensures precise adhesive application, enhancing the strength of the packaging and addressing common issues related to paper fiber and tensile strength. Moreover, SIGSeal integrates Precision Thickness Control, guaranteeing the meticulous application of our adhesives. Complementing this technology, our proprietary Automated Optical Inspection process monitors for any coating defects in real-time, enabling immediate corrections to uphold the highest quality standards.
