Taiwan’s Machinery Industry – Current State and Development Potential
According to IEK Consulting, in 2018 Taiwan’s machinery industry had an export value of US$27.4 billion. The top three export markets – China, the United States and Japan – accounted for a combined output value of NT$1.18 trillion, an increase of about 7.3% and a continued record high. A number of factors, primarily the stabilization of global oil prices and exchange rates, a recovery of the major industrial economies of Europe at the end of 2016, as well as an industrial upgrade in China leading to an expansion in automation and demand for new equipment, have contributed to remarkable growth in the output values of two industries: high-tech equipment and metal-processing machine tools. While 2017 saw declines from 2016 in a few categories (namely, industrial machinery, other machinery, and metal molds), other secondary machinery industries in Taiwan, including high-tech equipment, metal-processing machine tools, mechanical transmission components, and fluid machinery, all showed increasing output values.

Global Machinery Industry Trends - Machine Tools Grow by Leaps and Bounds
According to an April 2018 report by Taiwan’s Department of Statistics, machine tools are the principal export of the global machinery industry. And according to research by Gardner Publications, global purchases of industrial machines have remained steady at US$80-90 billion in recent years. In 2018, global spending on machine tools was about US$91.9 billion, an increase of 4.8% compared to 2017 and the largest increase since 2011. 二.Special function and valve
(一)In general.
1.The rotating structure of the other arms are just used hinge.It will made the exhause tube twisted ,while rotating the arm.
2.When the other extraction arm is pulled down,it must be positioned with anther fixed stick.At work,it is not easy to operate.After operations,it is difficult to set and fixed.
(二)The special unit
1.Base connection tube with rotation ring,so that it is easy to rotate the extraction arm without any trouble.It is simple and easy to operate the extraction arm.
2.About the arm,there is a plug in the positioning joint.When the arm is pulled down,it can be positioned and fixed easily without any other fixed device.After work,this unit is easy to set and fixed with another plug.
VU-620 offers high speed, accuracy, reliable quality. B/C-axis rotary working table and linear guide ways provides high performance. 90% less oil and 80% less electricity than the normal lubrication system and pump motor.The linear guide ways of 3-axis feature low friction and free from stick-and-slip problems.Movable column C-shape structure design provides the best rigidity. Rotary table with one-piece iron casting provides excellent ductility and greater anti-vibration ability. Base slope design and standard with high pressure chip wash down efficiently removes tiny chips and ensure the cleaning of the machine. As for spindle, BBT40 provides a firmer grip to the tools, which prevents tool vibration that affects machining accuracy. Spindle can option with direct type or built-in type. The internal sensing of the FC is designed as a heater sandwiched between two sensor wafers. The heater is powered and heated. The temperature at which no fluid flows through is symmetrically distributed around the heater. With the fluid flowing through the heater, the temperature becomes asymmetrical.This product uses this principle to measure the flow rate of the fluid.
