Taiwan’s Machinery Industry – Current State and Development Potential
According to IEK Consulting, in 2018 Taiwan’s machinery industry had an export value of US$27.4 billion. The top three export markets – China, the United States and Japan – accounted for a combined output value of NT$1.18 trillion, an increase of about 7.3% and a continued record high. A number of factors, primarily the stabilization of global oil prices and exchange rates, a recovery of the major industrial economies of Europe at the end of 2016, as well as an industrial upgrade in China leading to an expansion in automation and demand for new equipment, have contributed to remarkable growth in the output values of two industries: high-tech equipment and metal-processing machine tools. While 2017 saw declines from 2016 in a few categories (namely, industrial machinery, other machinery, and metal molds), other secondary machinery industries in Taiwan, including high-tech equipment, metal-processing machine tools, mechanical transmission components, and fluid machinery, all showed increasing output values.

Global Machinery Industry Trends - Machine Tools Grow by Leaps and Bounds
According to an April 2018 report by Taiwan’s Department of Statistics, machine tools are the principal export of the global machinery industry. And according to research by Gardner Publications, global purchases of industrial machines have remained steady at US$80-90 billion in recent years. In 2018, global spending on machine tools was about US$91.9 billion, an increase of 4.8% compared to 2017 and the largest increase since 2011. With the steady growth of the global economy, the manufacturing industry is receiving an influx of orders, and with the rise of smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0, the global machine tool industry is flourishing once again.

Mylar peeler is a mechanical replacement for the PCB industry to manually separate Mylar from the substrate to improve the performance of the production line, reduce human negligence and other errors, but also complete the automatic production process of the photolithography process. The focus of this equipment is on Mylar separation of substrates, including blown separation film, film welding and winding, film checking and intelligent detection to ensure film separation quality and energy-saving production. Mylar peeler not only meets customer production requirements, but also reduces production costs. It is also the necessary equipment to achieve fully automated production. In response to the rapid development of smart manufacturing, precise control of production processes, and clear collection and management of production line data, comprehensive automated production must be completed as soon as possible.
Existing frame cassette is open type which lead to contamination easily and reduce yield rate. Back-end process in semiconductor package is still labor-intensive industries. Existing frame cassette is made of metal which is averagely 11KG while it is full loading. It is over the limit for the weight human can carry with two cassettes on both hands. There is also a risk of manual handling which cause wafer damage and harm on operators due to improper transportation. CKplas developed Front Opening Light Cassette Pod which is the first in the market to allow automated transportation with innovative design of top flange, bottom plate and support AMHS and AGV. It reduces particle with innovative hermetic design and mechanical door mechanism which avoid risk of wafer drop or damage due to human error. The weight is only half as heavy as metal cassette with light-weighted compound engineering plastic material, and it reduces contamination issue resulting from anodized finish on metal.

The internal sensing of the FC is designed as a heater sandwiched between two sensor wafers. The heater is powered and heated. The temperature at which no fluid flows through is symmetrically distributed around the heater. With the fluid flowing through the heater, the temperature becomes asymmetrical.This product uses this principle to measure the flow rate of the fluid.
