Overcoming conventional PCB printing process rely on manual or semi-automatic process for printing and handling,which couldn’t contribute good productivity and low defect loss.This fully automatic model is developed by integrating idea of the Industry 4.0 and user experience to massively ease management of printing line.Fully automatic process not only reduces labor consume,but also saves energy consumption for environment friendly.
Key indicators in the printing line are to plug paste into about 40,000 tiny holes for anti-oxidation,to stretch panel while flipping and CCD registering for overcoming deformation issues.Self-developed off-line universal jig board for reducing down time for changing screen,and servo-driven frame structure for precise adjustment.
This is a pioneer fully automatic machine in mass production,and generally achieves production yield above 97%.More than 56 printing lines are ordered.Market share is 46%.ATMA is the leading company of the fully automatic printer
