1.The most important part of this station is its “central impression drum”printing design to enhance the color quality on the large labels.
2.Around the large central impression drum equipped with UV ink hardening curing lamps(air cooled and non-polluting). The ink kneading rollers can be disassembled easily also, there is the automatic ink kneading and ink wash-up device on each printing station. During the actual operation, for the printing stations that are not in use, we can clean them or change their plates.
3.The automatic unwinding tension system has label web tension control roller-when the label web tension has reached the upper or lower limit, the machine will stop its operation automatically. The unwinding part is equipped with automatic compensating tension control system, when the label web is moved by the machine, the size, width, material and running speed will be registered by the tension sensing roller; the sensing roller will keep on monitoring the label web tension and will carry out the tension correction when the tension changes.
4.The system has the central guiding device-can keep the label web well aligned under different setting and speeds.
5. The print-cylinder stations adopt square-shape tracking system to facilitate cylinders-changing and to prevent time-wasting.
6. The concise & accurate rotary shear sheeter cuts the printed web in sheets and transport them by belt.
7.MPG register adopts server-motor for quick register set-up with micro adjustment.
8.With PLC control, the UV-lights can detect the breakdown of control housing and display the strength and duration of fluorescent tubes.
9.Designed by Rotary system. That Clip Shell movement would be provide with even pressure when process the heavy solid printing or narrow words.
10. Printing speed is variable within the range of 10-100 meters/min.
