DW-360 Die-Cutting machine is a non-stop process to the LABELMEN, has won a number of patents—Sheeting and the cooling Designing. The DW-360 was innovatively developed and improved from the DW-320 and DW-330 . Our research and development team are carrying on develop innovative design and technology.
Main functions: Hot stamping (Across web, Along web, Foil saver, Foil register), Heated embossing, Die-cutting (Kiss die-cut, Perforation die-cut, Through die-cut), Embossing, Lamination, Hole punch.
Application Areas: Labels for various fields e.g. Everyday Chemicals, Food Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Electronics etc: PSA (Pressure Sensitive Label) as self adhesive label, IML (In Mold Label), Wrapping around label, Booklet label, Multiple layers label, Security label, Blank label etc. And membrane switch and panel, Screen Protective films, Blood tester, Magnetic stripe, Circuit board, RFID etc. And small carton box, Hang tag, Card, Ticket, Lid, Cone etc.
