The motorized XYθ precision positioning stage EXYR is provided with features as innovative, high rigidity, durability, convenience and space saving. This product is suitable for the alignment in the industries of panel, electronic/3C and semiconductor.
Motorized XYθ precision positioning stage EXYR features
1. Innovative: Patented precision stage with angle adjustment function, achieving zero backlash and high accuracy in the angular axis.
2. High rigidity: Adopting the characteristics of crossed roller bearing and rail, achieving loading high rigidity.
3. Durability: Adopting crossed roller slide rail on multi-axis equipment, showing the efficiency of low power.
4. Convenience: Three-axis could be controlled separately, improving the convenience while operating.
5. Space saving: The design reduces the volume and height by more 50% than other multi-axis products. The zero backlash motor could reduce the parts quantities for direct ball screw and shorter the overall length 20%.
