GMT has developed this Miniature Ultra-Rigid Alignment Stage with new type open axis arrangement that meets market needs. In addition, the design of upgraded stroke limit has successfully solved the problem of increasing work station for coarse adjustment and pre-alignment and shorter hours. On the other hand, it has a high rigidity performance that is about 33% higher than market product. This product is suitable for applications such as panel market and semiconductors.
