Moving into Industry 4.0, the era of smart factory automation is to speed automated production. GMT has developed this Linear Stepper Stage that meets market needs and does not require an external position feedback mechanism. The uniqueness of it has stepper motor advantage, can partition positioning directly, and increase utilization rate. Not only it improves application’s environmental restrictions caused by severe load and thrust conditions, but also it has simple position control characteristic. The linear stepper stage is equipped with open loop driver (stepper servo driver), the accuracy can reach ±5um (±1um). When servo controlled driver is no longer only option, the cost can be saved about 50%. This product is suitable for applications such as semiconductors and automatic transfer.
