High-precision collaborative robot joint module

(1)With 32-bit high performance MCU and FPGA to achieve dual core processing, the bandwidth increases to 6.1KHz, the settling time reduces to 1ms, and the encoder resolution is 23bit to meet the high precision and fast response market.

(2)Adopts a modular design, change the motor wattage and speed reduction ratio according to customer requirements. Under the same power, the minimum joint module is the lightest in the industry, only 1.41kg.

(3)Two TECO patents are used in the mechanism, including joint connection device, rotor brake co-axial technology, effectively improves the assembly accuracy of the output shaft flange, saves assembly time and space, improve the high fixation at rest.

(4)Integrated much interface of high speed communication such as EtherCAT, it conforms to the IEC61800-7 bus standard, applied to the multi-axis market.

(5)Humanized Machine Interface and built-in auto-tuning technology, high and low frequency suppression, can be operated in various of applications.
