High-speed motors require faster, low-vibration, high-precision and low-friction machinery. Active Magnetic Bearing control technology can match these requirements. This product adopts the best regulator design in which FPGA and MCU are paralleled. It detects the 5-axis motion track and frequency spectrum in current mode. With Gap and temperature sensors, it executes the magnetic bearing control core algorithm to adjust the elastic coefficient (rigidity) and damping of the bearing. . Product features are:
• The rotor has no mechanical friction, making it easier to use in high-speed applications.
• Using the magnetic levitation system, the service life of the equipment is longer than that of the traditional structure.
• Built-in software PID controller, which can realize decoupling control with 5 degrees of freedom.
• Support rotor suspension and eccentric force control.
• 10000RPM, control accuracy up to ISO 14839-2 Zone A.
• Digital control via RS-422/485 communication interface.
