In response to the future of mercury-free, save energy, green process and smart manufacture, we use UV LED to replace traditional mercury UV lamp. The UV LED machine is designed for PCB process with many smart features and developed mechanisms that satisfies almost requirements of mercury-free, low-energy, environmental protection, longer life, significantly reduce production costs.

1. The exposure light source use UV LED to replace traditional UV lamp that save 90% of energy.
2.Using communication mode to compensate LED brightness quality.
3. Automatic energy calibration and compensation, uniformity can automatic calibration to above 90%.
