The UV LED machine is designed for a PCB process with many smart features and developed mechanisms which satisfy most requirements of mercury-free, low-energy, environmental protection while providing longer life and significantly reducing production costs.
Our machines focus on a UV LED high-efficiency energy saving module, precision alignment and many more features.
1. The exposure light source uses UV LED to replace a traditional UV lamp which saves 90% of energy.
2. Uses communication mode to compensate for LED brightness quality.
3. Automatic energy calibration and compensation, uniformity can automatically calibrate to above 90%
