Control system of HIWIN wafer robot is researched & developed by HIWIN, using graphical icons to replace text-based messages, the software is intuitive and user-friendly. Users not only can quickly configure the robot, but also easily calibrate/tune robot position. Further, controller is in-built with various status monitoring, operations, motion commands (including safety procedures), allowing user to do flexible programming and process planning.
