Incline training is an effective workout to tone muscles in different ways. It not only burns more calories but also reduces up to 25% stress on knees comparing with running on the flat. JK’s AeroHike incline treadmill is designed for hiking, running and walking. The Climbing and Running modes are interchangeable in a button-press. For mandatory safety, it provides 15-40 level inclination with limited speed of 6KPH at climbing mode, and max. speed of 12 KPH with 0-15 level inclination at running mode.
The first-ever E.M.T.A.I Heart Rate Reserve program provides 5 training zones considering each user’s resting heart rate that is more accurate to personal fitness level. The console is designed with Patented Step-Count, LUBE Alert and Cool Down Button for a user-friendly workout.
AeroHike is designed for today’s busy people to simply hike, walk or run at home. The patented Switch-Pro device allows users to easily move and level the 100 kg heavy machine with only one hand.
