ADDA ES vehicle cooling fan in response to the headlight market for automotive industry, ADDA has done the following three structure upgrading and performance improvement.
1. Enhancement of bearing material and lubricating oil
In order to reduce the vibration of the axis and the bearing contact single high temperature operation, increase the copper proportion in the bearing and lubricating oil temperature endurance.
2. Enhancement of shaft material
In order to avoid the high temperature operation of plastic sleeve deformation, sleeve material is changed to free-cutting Steel.
3. Enhancement of product vibration endurance
The general, finished product vibration inspection uses to rely on manual inspection. ES vehicle cooling fan needs to be used in high level of vibration environment. ADDA designed dedicated measuring tool combines with vibration measurement system to perform finished-product vibration measurement which is to ensure product quality and safety.
