The main innovation is PNER collet being well covered in collet chuck due to shorter gauge line compared to other brands. Rigidity is raised by 10% due to shorter overhang length. The runout and machining stability is improved, making it superior in drilling, reaming and milling; ultimate precision saves second time processing and decreases processing time by 10-20%, this also helps reduce carbon emission, making it more environment-friendly. In order to satisfy the needs of high precision and high quality in IT and aerospace industry, roundness of PNER collet chuck is within 0.6μm, and surface finish is within 0.2μm. Using PNER collet chuck and PNER collet to clamp tools, the runout at 4D is within 3μm, improving the machining quality and making a break through quality bottleneck when using conventional products before. During the manufacturing process, particular procedure is carried out to stabilize the material, making less deformation due to temperature change, so the precision is even better. The real story from the president Chen Chin- Ting, in 1972, he was 19 years old and had been working as a trainee of the ironworker for 3 years. He had only 11 days off for the New Year holiday per year. At that time, his salary was NTD 10. The value of NTD10 can only pay the money to cut the hair and buy a slipper. During working as a trainee, Mr. Chen already had planned to open a machine factory and he got support from his families. Unfortunately, in the next year, the Oil Crisis had happened. That was a hard time to overcome for the machine factory, but Mr. Chen made unremitting efforts to conquer it by himself. However, in 1979, he got the first export purchase order and at the same time, he decided to get the official license for the company with the name of Shin-Yain Industrial co., Ltd. and designed the mark as “SYIC” that means “Working hard in the spring to make dream come true, then keeping the faith and going on to have the plentiful harvest in the full.”
