Delta’s Press-Fit Semi-Automatic Intelligent Press Machine DPF-S20 Series replaces soldering with lead-free press-fit technology. It directly presses pins into PCB holes, creating efficient and eco-friendly connections—ideal for applications requiring high precision and quality, e.g. AI servers and automotive batteries.

2.Real-time alerts when pin deviation and joint failures are detected
3.Supports Gerber files for automated press point recognition
4.2,000 records/sec for quality audit and traceability
5.Automatically adjusts pressure, speeds, and depth based on the PCB layout (max. 2,000 sets) for quick changeover with an intuitive single-page UI
6.16kHz response and PID control for fast and accurate pressing
