In the current SMT industry, inspection equipment is concentrated in the front end of the PCB cutting process. To solve customer’s pain points for PCB product size measurement after cutting, Aurotek has specifically invested in developing this equipment.
Aurotek’s products are designed for measuring processed line segments after PCB cutting. They can quickly and accurately calculate the values of concave or convex shapes.
When an NG(not good)board been detected, immediate feedback can be sent to the frontline depaneling equipment, making it to stop processing and reducing the possibility of mass production line product scrapping, achieving cost savings for custome.
