HMC500 PPS C5 FMC consisted of horizontal machining center with two auto exchange pallets, and 5 pcs extra of auto pallets, with high efficiency, intelligent scheduling software manufacturing system which can meet the requirement of market demand of variety of work types and small quantity. In order to achieve machine automation continuous working, no idle time, WELE has success own developed key components, such as Spindle unit, Auto exchange pallet unit and pallet indexing unit, and flexible manufacturing system, combined with own developed intelligent software, it can meet various work types and small quantity, and also urgent requirement from delivery. The operator performs high value-added or improving works during the day, completes the subsequent works process setting before leaving the work, and the system performs unmanned production operations at night.

WELE Mechatronic Co., Ltd. was founded in June 2007 and formed by Mr. KUAN. WELE team members, relatives own more than 63% of shares, and accepted 37% from the sub-group JTEKT of TOYOTA motors. The Majoring operation team were come from Mechanical Industrial Research Laboratory of ITRI in Taiwan who had been working in the machine tool business for more than 30 years. WELE has successfully developed more than 60 sets of high-level machines such as double columns, five sides, five axes bridge machines, horizontal boring mills and C frame high speed vertical machining centers which are all satisfaction by the worldwide customers. Especially the UG five axes machining center and VTC vertical turning centers, MT-W multi-functions complex machines series won the excellent, good products awards in the machining center category of 2009, 2011, 2013 Taiwan Machine Tools development and innovation contest.
