CyberLink was founded by Dr. Jau Huang in 1996. Dr. Huang received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science at UCLA. Early in his career, Dr. Huang returned to Taiwan to become a professor at NTU. Since its founding 28 years ago, CyberLink has been a pioneer of multimedia software.
