Utilizing patented technology, it enables 360-degree continuous surface inspection of objects and is the only intelligent electron beam inspection system that offers customizable analysis software.
The features of MIS MARS include customizable chamber platforms (to accommodate larger sample sizes and inspection of special morphology angles), precise coordinate positioning, highly automated processes, and an advanced defect analysis algorithm engine. Additionally, it can be tailored with communication protocols to integrate with users' cloud systems, making it a highly efficient inspection system for improving product quality control.
