Participating in this competition is MHL3S high/low beam of dual-light headlight module; the traditional dual-light module is designed by using solenoid valve (electronic component) to switch between low-beam and high-beam lights. The reliability and durability of the electronic components are always been concerned under the environmental conditions of vehicle using, so it’s been unable to use onto original standard car system.ADI OPTICS uses the latest design of lens optical and patent of LED packaging. To integrate the lighting distribution meets the regulations, does not need solenoid valve or any electronic components to have high/low beams into one headlight module. MHL3R is the latest technology application of this series, not only having intelligent temperature control, but also a single module is meeting ECE R113 class C regulation and dual module are meeting ECE R113 class D regulation. The total length of the optical design is reduced from 120mm to 55mm.

The low beams remain on and bright when the driver turns on the high beams, while the center of the low beams compensates emittance for brightness to avoid driving hazards due to poor road lighting.
