We provide our EDX, electric slide cylinder combines with the unique design of the stepper motor which can control with encoder. Using the controllability of the program and control its clamping forces. The function of the encoder can effectively control the motor to drive the timing belt and the timing gear. The high-precision ball guide rod to accurately control the gripper to the desired position. (accuracy up to +/- 0.01MM). In addition, the parallel actuating thrust of the jaws can reach 233 ~ 466N and the speed is 100 mm/s. The space allows customers to design the equipment according to their own needs, and can be more flexible in planning.
When using EDX in automated equipment, we can use this programmable drive to adjust the speed of the slide table to create a buffer function. Combined with a stepper motor with encoder, it can feed back the actuating data to the server, which is conducive to production management, quality control and error analysis.
