Local machine manufacturers even assisted in the construction of production lines. The daily output of masks will reach 10 million pieces by mid-March.

In 2019, the export value of masks in Taiwan was US$18.1 million, an increase of 7.2 percent over the previous year of US$16.79 million. The top three mask factories in Taiwan based on production are MOTEX, CSD and CHAMP. They are also working with the government to produce masks at this time.
